Return, Exchange, and Warranty Policy
First: Return and Exchange
Period
• The customer has the right to return or exchange within 7 days in accordance with the statutory cooling-off period.
Conditions
• The product must be unused and in its original condition.
• In its original packaging with all accessories and the invoice/proof of purchase.
• The return request must be submitted within the specified period.
Exceptions
• Returns or exchanges are not accepted in the following cases:
• Products manufactured to the customer’s specifications.
• Any product that has been tampered with or has lost its warranty label/serial number.
In Case of Manufacturing Defect or Order Mismatch:
• We bear all shipping costs both ways.
• The customer has the right to exchange or receive a full refund.
Return Due to Change of Mind:
• Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receipt in accordance with the statutory cooling‑off period, provided the above conditions are met.
• The customer bears the shipping costs, and restocking fees may apply (if any).

• After receiving and inspecting the product within 2–4 business days, the customer will be notified of the result.
• The refund will be made to the same payment method within 3–10 business days after the request is approved.
Second: Warranty
We are Akada Trading Company, owning the trademarks within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and acting as agents of Akada Global Trading Company.
We guarantee:
- AKADA products: 10‑year warranty.
- A&K products: 5‑year warranty.
- AKADA electronic locks: 2 years on electronic components, and 5 years on mechanical components.
- The warranty commences from the date of the purchase invoice.
• The warranty is limited to manufacturing defects only and does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, discoloration caused by environmental factors, misuse, negligence, accidents, fire, improper installation, unauthorised modifications/repairs, or the use of non‑original accessories (such as unsuitable adhesives, etc.).
• Additionally, we are not liable for any damage occurring during shipping by parties not approved by the warranty team.
• Important note: Some products may be chemically affected or damaged by cleaning agents not recommended by AKADA; any such product damage is not covered by the warranty.
• This warranty applies only to products used in accordance with AKADA’s guidelines and specifications.
General Notes
• Refunds are made via the same payment method and do not include bank charges or currency conversion differences, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or order mismatch, in which case the full amount paid will be refunded.
• The store reserves the right to update this policy provided that consumer rights are not compromised, and the latest version is always published on the website.
